TEST AND SELECTION ENGINEER to Serve the Telecommunications Industry Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly Clearance Required
Job Innova Solutions is currently seeking a TEST and SELECTION ENGINEER with an Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly Clearance to serve a trusted provider of secure, IP enabled, cloud-based, network solutions and professional services to the Federal Government. This company's National Security Team supports the intelligence community, providing, operating, and assuring critical voice, video, and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations. Position type: Full-time W2 (No C2C - No VISA sponsorship candidates)
Duration: 6 months with likely extension
Location: Onsite in Chantilly, VA
Pay Range: $75-85/hour including PTO NOTE: No vendor calls, please; No C2C; US Citizenship Only KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct security-relevant testing of all hardware and software selected for use.
• Translate customer security requirements into actionable testing schemes.
• Document and report all security-relevant testing results for all hardware and software.
• Provide recommendations on the suitability of equipment and software for use in the customer's environment.
• Provide a written equipment security certification to indicate that testing has been completed by qualified individuals and that the tested item is suitable to use in the customer's environment.
• Create and execute high- and low-level test schemes that validate customer requirement and portfolio offering guidelines.
• Provide technical assessment and delivery of a specific technical engineering solution to the customer throughout the service lifecycle.
• Provide technical consulting and advice to others on efforts, solution design, system management, tuning and modification of solutions. • Provide input to the architecture team moving forward.
• Support knowledge sharing within a community (e.g., team, practice, or project). Ensures team members support knowledge sharing and re-use requirements of project. QUALIFICATIONS:
• TS SCI CI Poly
• Candidate must have 10 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to:
o master's degree and 4 years, o OR bachelor's degree and 6 years
o OR associate degree and 8 years, o OR HS diploma and 10 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. • Compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) 8570 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products Word and PowerPoint

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: $75-85/hour including 15 days, PTO W2 Only. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
