POSITION SUMMARY

Seeking Full -time DCJS Instructor and certified to teach first aid, CPR & AED. Responsible for formal training program for uniformed security force for Aerospace Chantilly, VA location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train and certify new hires including continuous training program
• Create lessons plans and write training documents in accordance with Government regulations and Aerospace Policies
• Conduct CPR, AED and first aid training
• Conduct and maintain detailed records of all training sessions and certifications
• Maintain communication effective communication with COR and Aerospace staff
• Preparing clear, accurate, and timely reports and records

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be U.S. citizen
• Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Have 2 years or more security experience
• Must have a current DOD Secret clearance and pass Tier 5 Investigation (if required) and obtain TS/SCI
• Must have knowledge of NISPOM
• Successfully pass criminal, credit and driving records check
• Successfully to pass an employment physical
• Successfully pass criminal, credit and driving records check
• Ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms
• Write and speak clearly and effectively in English.
• Be fully computer literate with computer hardware
• Communicate effectively
• Must be able to pass training and obtain the required certifications and licenses

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is typically based in both an office environment and outside. Subject to frequent interruptions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting for prolonged periods throughout the workday. Climb 8 or more flights of stairs.
