Active Security+ certification required We are seeking a Test Engineer Lead to lead a team of Testing Engineers that will provide support for a Voice over IP (VOIP) modernization (VMOD) effort, including unified communications contact center capabilities.
As the Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the full development and creation of the test procedures that will ensure that the system complies with the system requirements and customer expectations. Responsible for determining optimal approach to testing complex products or solutions in order to assure compliance with applicable specifications. This includes identifying and recommending product or solution characteristics that optimize their ability to be tested or to provide test data for diagnostic purposes. Combines customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints. Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems. Coordinates integrated testing activities. Reviews and evaluates test requirements to ensure completeness of test program. Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations. Other Requirements include: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
Active Security+ CE certification (must-have).
Prior management experience is strongly preferred but not required. Experience with Ribbon or Avaya products is also strongly preferred.
