Job description

Our client, a company in the security industry in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to join their team for at least 3 months!

About the Job:

Serve as the first point of contact for HR, answering employee questions, processing departmental invoices, updating HR resources, drafting HR emails, and special projects.
Manage the HRIS system by auditing data, correcting errors, entering information, and managing documents.
Schedule and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring timely completion of paperwork.
Assist with the end of year promotion and compensation cycle.
Preform other related tasks as required.

About You:


5+ years of HR generalist experience, with a focus on payroll and 990 experience.
Proficient in HRIS systems, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Expertise in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and managing own workload effectively.
Ability to relate effectively to others, fostering positive relationships.

About the Position:

$25/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
Temporary for a minimum of 3 months.
Starting ASAP!
Onsite 3x/week in Charlottesville, VA.
