Amentum is looking for MID Level Targeting Analyst to support its federal program in Charlottesville, VA. The Program is a premier program in the industry that advances the use of tactical and strategic Identity Intelligence tradecraft to inform decision-makers, from ground force commanders to international partners and national security policymakers. Our employees lead the Intelligence community in providing superior Identity Intelligence analysis and developing innovative data-driven solutions, supporting the customer through intelligence analysis and tradecraft proliferation. Responsibilities: Develops target packages and network analysis to identify targets and target systems for joint lethal and/or non-lethal engagements. Research and analyze to exploit key data sources such as operational traffic and all source intelligence databases to support target strategy development and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements. Knowledge of the intelligence cycle, F3EAD and other analytical methodologies to support the research, discovery, and analysis of key individuals and networks as well as an understanding of the targeting process, enterprise, and analytical tradecraft. Analytical products will provide decision makers the appropriate information for target prioritization to achieve their objectives for plans and operations. , Here's What You'll Need: Experience with research and intelligence analytic techniques, strong research and writing skills, and experience with basic computer applications, search engines, and data processing systems. Demonstrated experience producing finished intelligence products that are based on rigorous all-source analysis. Demonstrated knowledge of Identity Intelligence tradecraft. Familiarity with ODNI guidance regarding analysis and assessment production (ICD 203, 206, & 208 at a minimum). Functions as a subject matter expert (SME) on assigned analytic line and frequently briefs this analysis to external customers and collaborators. Experience with a variety of analytical tools and databases to include but not limited to BI2R/I2AR, Palantir, Query Tree, Chrome, Analyst Notebook, open source research, Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT), TIDE, Pulse, QLIX. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally; with strong grammar skills. Demonstrated knowledge using complex analytic methodologies, such as structured analytic techniques, or alternative approaches, to examine biases, assumptions and theories to eliminate uncertainty, strengthen analytic arguments, and mitigate surprise. Structured analytic techniques include, but not limited to, Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Devil's Advocacy, High-Impact / Low-Impact Analysis, Red Team Analysis and Alternative Futures Analysis. Clearance Required: TS/SCI Minimum Education: High School Education Minimum Years of Experience: 10 yrs relevant experience, 6 yrs w/ Bachelor's Degree
