Data Warehouse Architect Only W2 (Citizen, GC, GC EAD)
Location: Chesterfield, VA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Candidate Preference: Local to Chesterfield, VA, or nearby areas.

Interview Type: Both Web Cam and In-Person Interview

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Azure Data Factory: Proven experience in Azure Data Factory pipeline development for both Azure and on-premises SQL Server environments.

SSIS: Expertise in SSIS development for both Azure and on-premises SQL Server environments.

Azure File Storage: Experience with Azure file storage data sources, including data lakes, blob storage, and Hadoop.

SQL: Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SSIS.

Integrate data from various sources, including Azure file storage (data lake, blob, Hadoop) and on-premises SQL Server databases.

Optimize data warehouse performance and ensure data integrity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Mentor other personnel on Workday technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

HIPAA & PII: Willingness and ability to successfully complete training on HIPAA and PII regulations.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to flexible work hours.

Remote Work: Access to a dependable high-speed internet connection for occasional remote work.

Background Check: Ability to pass CJIS background checks.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Workday Integration: Experience authoring Workday reports and outbound integrations.

Workday Studio: Experience working with Workday Studio for building custom integrations.
