Job Description:

As a Project Manager, will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects on time, within scope, within budget, and to oversee various IT projects

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

Coordinate internal and external resources, manage project teams, and ensure project milestones and deliverables are met

Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards

Maintain thorough documentation of all project activities, decisions, and changes

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential negative impacts

Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within IT

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required; additional Client IT Agency PM certification is a plus

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
