Job description
Manpower/Manning Analyst
Purpose: Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate need for a Manpower/Manning Analyst who will be a key support to the Systems Engineering Department, in Dahlgren, VA.
Job Description:
Provide experience in reviewing, updating and evaluating Navy Training Management corporate database systems such as CeTARS and FLTMPS. Analyze data and detect trends as well as summarize findings, draw conclusions and put together presentations.
Assists in annual review of training requirements in support of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process.
Provides knowledge in U.S. Navy requisition system, priority manning, and other manning forms and processes
Qualifications:
Must have a High School diploma and at least 3 years' experience reviewing, updating and evaluating Navy Training Management corporate database systems such as CeTARS and FLTMPS.
Must have demonstrated experience in the annual review of training requirements in support of the Program Objective Memorandum process.
Must have experience and detailed knowledge of the U.S. Navy Manpower and Manning programs.
Must have working knowledge of the Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS), My Navy Assignment (MNA), and other manpower and manning programs.
Must have knowledge of the U.S. Navy requisition system, priority manning, and other manning forms and processes.

Security Requirements:
Must have an Active DoD Secret clearance and the ability to maintain that clearance.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional Travel- less than 10%

Physical Requirements:
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
Communicating with others to exchange information and repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Subject to outside environmental conditions (extreme cold/heat), subject to noise, vibration, hazards, atmospheric conditions (affect the respiratory system), frequently work in close quarters and/or function in narrow aisles or passageways (areas that could cause claustrophobia).
