Operations Systems Analyst - Electronic Warfare (EW) Location Dahlgren, VA 22448 US (Primary) Job Type Full-Time Education High School / GED How much will you travel if the job requires it? 0 - 25% Minimum Security Clearance Required Secret Job Description Envisioneering, Inc. has an opening for a full-time Operations Systems Analyst to support software testing and systems integration of the Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with strong communications and problem-solving skills to work as part of an agile software development team government/contractor team, which continuously conducts testing of new software features of SKCS, part of the Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) software that runs on the shipboard SLQ-32(V)6 and SLQ-32(V)7 Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. Previous experience in software feature testing and/or operations of U.S. Navy EW systems is desired. Familiarity with testing in an agile project and the Jira or other bug tracking software is a plus. Assess SKCS software changes and bug fixes to determine how to test them. Work in conjunction with an agile software development team to test enhancements and fixes to SKCS software . Support integration and testing of the SKCS software with the shipboard AN/SLQ-32 Electronic Warfare System, external softkill weapon systems, off board communications links, and Aegis and Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) combat systems. Apply operational and tactical systems knowledge in operation of EW systems to integration and testing. Support Developmental and Operational Test and Evaluation (T&E) efforts. Job Requirements Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance . 8+ years of experience in operational analysis and/or operations of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. Experience with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force Operational plans (OPLANS), Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations. Demonstrated organizational skills and leadership. Familiarity with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDs) process. Experience with system variants of the AN/SLQ-32 (V). Integration and testing experience, as well as experience with shipboard combat systems (Aegis or SSDS) are a big plus. Education : No requirements.
