Description PWS Title: Program Manager Location: Dahlgren, VA Clearance Type: Secret Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Develop realistic and achievable project objectives, build project requirements and schedules, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project updates to leadership and stakeholders. Manage project stakeholders, project team(s), project risk, project schedule, project budget, project conflicts and priorities. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Offer alternative courses of action that meet mission needs when requirements are unattainable. Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment to achieve project objectives. Provide customers with a weekly status of ongoing projects to include project changes, delays, health, and status Qualifications Ten (10) years of management experience, with at least five (5) years involving Federal Government programs. Proven ability to lead and direct challenging projects and execute Assignments independently within the scope of the contract. Demonstrated experience providing administrative oversight, corporate management, and ability to provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction
