Job Title: Clinical Manager
Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri
Pay: $85k-$90k with Bonus Opportunities

Job Description:
The Clinical Manage r will play a critical role in developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans, designing ABA programs, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. The ideal candidate is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and their families.
Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to assess and track their effectiveness
Design and oversee ABA programs focused on reducing challenging behaviors and teaching adaptive skills such as functional communication
Implement small group schedules, set specific goals for each session, and create structured routines to enhance learning, minimize behavioral disruptions, and replicate a natural school environment
Organize and maintain comprehensive data collection systems to accurately track client progress and assess the effectiveness of behavior programs
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients' families through regular consultation and training tailored to each learner's unique needs.
Conduct a minimum of two-family guidance meetings per month, addressing barriers to parental involvement in their child's ABA program
Work closely with the regional Operations Manager, Regional Clinical Director, and Intake team to engage with potential client families and promote clinic growth
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff.
Provide ongoing supervision and professional development in accordance with BACB guidelines, while collaborating with on-site BCBAs to ensure optimal client outcomes
Foster a collaborative, supportive environment by leading team-building activities and promoting staff morale
Manage daily clinic operations, ensure smooth scheduling, proper upkeep of clinic spaces, and availability of necessary materials, while prioritizing safety and cleanliness
Conduct regular client audits, assess staff training needs, and ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards
Qualifications:
Virginia BCBA license
Master's degree in applied behavioral analysis, special education, psychology, or a related field is required
Two years of experience in ABA clinic environment
Experience in working with a broad range of clients with ASD related disorders
Must be proficient in data analysis, program development, and staff management
