Job description

Summary Marathon TS is seeking a Disability Specialist to support a federal government agency. The agency is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for employees and applicants. Responsibilities Assist employees and applicants with disabilities in requesting and obtaining reasonable accommodations. Coordinate with employees/applicants, managers, supervisors, human resources, and other stakeholders to facilitate the accommodation process. Maintain records and documentation of accommodation requests, approvals, denials, and implementation. Assist in identifying and procuring products and services utilizing the agency's central accommodation fund. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and trends related to disability accommodation. Requirements To be considered for this role candidate must possess: Be a U.S. citizen or a foreign national who has been lawfully admitted for permanent residence. Bachelor's degree with 3 - 5 years of experience or equivalent education background in relevant areas. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Independent, strong organization skills. Attention to detail and accountability. Ability to obtain Government clearance.
