Job description

Location - Mclean, VA Duties: Develops graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products
Utilizes request management tools to provide swift, high quality customer support for communication requests
Coordinates with UI/UX designer in Knowledge Management, to ensure graphics products provide an engaging and user friendly experience
Creates graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products
Develops design concepts and implements designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content that will be presented online
Ensures products conform to all production standards, copywrite laws, accessibility compliance requirements, public release clearances
Conducts technical quality checks
Manages an approved concept and build in HTML/CSS so it complies with responsive design principles
Provides Cartography support, as needed, to design thematic and reference maps Requirements: Requires BA/BS and 3+ years of experience or no degree and 9 years of experience.
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance required
Requires some experience with Premier/ After Effects
Requires some experience with UI/UX
Requires some experience with Photography, motion graphic and/or video production.
Requires experience with the following:
Leading the development of graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products
Mentoring and trains junior staff
Creating graphics products that provide an engaging and user friendly experience
Creating graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products
Developing design concepts and implements designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content presented online
Ensuring products conform to all production standards, copywrite laws, accessibility compliance requirements, public release clearances
Conducting technical quality checks
