Job Description: We are looking for an Operations Advisor IV to join our intelligence program supporting a key government customer. This individual should have prior experience with the full intelligence cycle and be able to provide guidance and operational support while leveraging their own operational experience to provide context and perspective to current operational challenges and opportunities. Successful candidates will also bring experience in a region or functional area to help mentor less experienced officers in these specialized fields. Strong briefing and writing skills, and the ability to work well with a team or individually with minimal supervision are preferred. The Operations Advisor IV shall possess the following capabilities: Respond to field requests and draft communications to preserve/support operational equities. Communicate and support operational requirements; provide interface between customer equities at home, in the field, and with other agencies on a geographic or transnational issue. Manage and track cases; draft, coordinate, and/or monitor intelligence reports and production; provide timely guidance, including identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies. Conduct research and analysis using customer tools and databases; and demonstrate knowledge and/or proficiency in a geographical area or substantive issue. Coordinate complex issues and actions across the customer organization and broader Federal Government organizations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 5 years of additional relevant customer work experience in lieu of degree. Direct work experience requisite with Labor Category Level (12-20 years for level 4). Customer-specific writing experience. Experience with intelligence sources and collections. Familiarity with intelligence operations, analysis, and support to field operations. Certification as an Operations Officer. Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
