As an organizational transformation and change management consultant, you'll use your expertise to help your team assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop a change strategy, organizational transformation plan, talent management, and data analysis for strategic decision making and change management. You Have: 2+ years of experience with strategic planning and execution, Agile methodologies, change management, or facilitation Ability to develop presentations and work products in Micro sof t PowerPoint and Excel Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience using Excel, Tableau, or Power Bl Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Skills Assessments, and HRIS process improvement Experience with Digital Transformation Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives Ability to demonstrate a proactive problem-solver mindset, overcome ambiguous challenges, and work with a team to craft a solution Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills Possession of excellent data analytical and visualization skills Bachelor's degree in I / O Psychology Strategy, Change Management, Process Improvement, Communications, or Performance Management Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information . Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
