Subcontracts Administrator
Location: Fairfax, VA

Job Responsibilities: Oversee full lifecycle management of subcontracts, from initiation to close-out.
Review subcontract proposals to ensure accuracy, reasonableness, and completeness.
Conduct cost and price analysis to support fair and competitive pricing.
Coordinate technical proposal reviews with the prime contract Program Manager.
Assist in preparing prime contract proposals that incorporate subcontract costs.
Identify and mitigate risks, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
Issue subcontracts and necessary modifications.
Track and report on contract requirements and deliverables.
Monitor subcontract performance, including cost, schedule, and quality.
Review and approve subcontractor invoices.
Develop standardized forms, reports, and subcontract documents.
Required Skills: Over 10 years of experience in the federal contracting field.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and Intel agency supplements.
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
Skilled in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Capable of multitasking and prioritizing a high-volume workload.
