Deliver high level technical and program oversight and lead large teams to drive the delivery of systems for a DoD customer which includes operations and maintenance (O&M) activities, modernization and new build efforts, including the transition of the systems to DoD approved cloud environments. Manage the client relationship by building rapport and directly interfacing with senior client technical and business executives. Requirements Job Duties: Oversee delivery of the contract deliverables with the highest levels of compliance
Gather intelligence from application owners about application needs and map them to strategic goals and objectives
Employ effective risk management practices to proactively identify and mitigate key program risks
Oversee and build sustainable and lean delivery teams to manage the program backlog, prioritize workloads and deliver high quality systems Hire and retain high quality resources, motivate teams, organize team development efforts and resolve conflicts at the team and portfolio levels
Partner with program managers, application owners, application leads, cloud engineers and internal team management to ensure the whole portfolio meets the specific application mission/technical need
Deliver monthly and quarterly briefing to senior management on customer satisfaction, contract delivery, account growth and other key metrics
Serve as an interface with multiple organizational units including HR, finance, contracting, and recruiting to manage the needs of the portfolio
Travel as required to client locations and to the Plateau offices to meet and work with teams, deliver briefings and engage with customersQualifications: 15+ years of experience delivering executive leadership and oversight of integrated IT services programs or organizations, including infrastructure, security, system modernization, production rollout of new systems, and O&M of existing systems
10+ years of experience in DoD/Federal Government programs or project management
5+ years of experience interfacing with C-level executives of organizations
Working knowledge of modern systems development, cloud-native architecture, cloud migration, and emerging technologies
Ability to articulate business value of technology investments to technical and non-technical customer and business stakeholders
Ability to progress with little oversight (High Speed - Low Drag)
Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance at a minimum
Bachelor's degree required
