Job Number: R Wargaming Analyst, Mid
Key Role: Prepare and c ond uct defense and military analysis in support of US government clients. C ond uct general research to support warfighting disciplines, COA analysis, strategy development, and organizational processes or procedures. Support government-led studies and analysis on all aspects of the defense and intelligence enterprises. Support the design, execution, and delivery of analytic tasks asso cia ted with wargames, simulations, and tabletop exercises, including the shaping of objectives, crafting of wargaming constructs, authoring of scenarios, facilitation of participant discussions, conducting data collections, and authoring of after-action reports and briefings. Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with defense analysis or wargaming, or supporting and c ond ucting formal research Ability to learn and apply new methods, as required by the particular analysis Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: Experience with geospatial visualization tools, including ArcGIS or QGIS Experience with commer cia l or hobby wargaming, including manual board games Experience with data science, operations research, or modeling and simulation tools and methods Experience with military threat systems Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
