A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Flexible hours and work schedule may be available. Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development, and execution
Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results
Work You'll do: Lead and implement communication tasks
Effectively conduct targeted information campaigns, arrange interviews, and monitor news for cybersecurity and/or information technology trends to incorporate into internal messaging
Meet with client daily to relay progress, propose creative solutions to communications practices, and establish priorities.
Make sure content is consistent, conversational, clear, helpful, and empathetic
Develop communications strategies and plans for website content development
Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's Degree in communications or related field
10+ years of experience crafting communication strategy from concept through final deployment
Additional experience creating digital campaigns and designing web and print content Additional experience with social media management Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance required for this role
Must be able to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in web content design, layout, production, and administration
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite software (preferably both Photoshop and Illustrator)
Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft SharePoint
Basic to advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS
Strong interpersonal skills reflecting the confidence to work with officials at all levels
Professional oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Journalistic writing skills
Illustration skills
