We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager with substantial expertise in the construction industry, particularly in managing healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in managing complex projects from planning through to completion.

Description
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets, specifically for hospital and medical construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective solutions are in place.
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and payment requests.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and healthcare industry standards.
- Conduct quality inspections to uphold high construction standards.
- Address any deviations from project specifications promptly to maintain project integrity.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among project team members, hospital staff, and external partners.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Identify potential risks related to construction delays, budget overruns, or design changes.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Understand the unique requirements of hospital and medical facilities, including infection control, patient safety, and specialized equipment needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address specific needs during the construction process.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience managing construction projects within healthcare settings.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
- Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
- Assertive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
