Overview JOB TITLE: Program Manager - Systems Support GOVERNMENT AGENCY : DOJ EOIR POSITION INFORMATION : Full-time LOCATION: Falls Church, VA; Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days telework); initial 90 days onsite due to current contract requirements POSITION TIMING: Position requires candidate to obtain a DOJ Public Trust clearance which can take 4-6 weeks to process and must be complete prior to starting employement BENEFITS: Health, Dental and Vision, 401(k), Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), 11 Paid Federal Holidays, 3 weeks' Paid Time Off ITC Federal is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager to join our team in Falls Church, VA . This is a hybrid position, supporting the US government. Regular weekly schedule will be 3 days working on site and 2 days working remote. This is a fast-paced work environment that offers the opportunity to utilize hands-on experience with a variety of IT solutions to solve mission-critical problems supporting the US government. The Program Manager provides management, direction, and oversight of a contract for EOIR, a DOJ component. The PM is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring the reliability, security, and operational stability of the organization's infrastructure. This role supervises Tier 2 support, Security Operations (SecOps), and Monitoring teams to deliver high-quality IT services and support. Responsibilities Manages a team of ITC Federal and sub-contractor support personnel supporting the DOJ EOIR Systems. Enforces work standards, assigns contractor schedules, supervises contractor personnel, and communicates policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. Supports a team environment based on mutual respect and teamwork, dedicated to the overall mission of the agency. Providing overall excellent contract performance to the client as outlined by CPAR. Coordinates with team leads teams daily/weekly and long-range work assignments and support requirements. Oversees Tier II, enterprise infrastructure and systems monitoring and Security Operations. Develops and maintains strategy maps that align to the overall organizational objectives. Oversees a team of approximately 30 resources. Ensures effective coordination across different functional groups and areas. Collects, reviews, and analyzes information to make recommendations to the government. Ensure teams are adequately staffed and trained to meet operational demands. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Qualifications Ability to obtain a DOJ Public Trust clearance (must be obtained prior to start date). Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations. Minimum of at least 10 years in a supervisory role. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security operations, and monitoring tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. PMP required Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks. Proficiency in network and system monitoring tools. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and incident response. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Candidate must be able to function in general office environment The person in this position must have the ability to lift and move IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
