Celestar is on the lookout for a passionate Chemical Weapons Analyst to help us tackle the complexities of a Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) program. What You'll Do: Conduct all-source analytic production on WMD, including CBRNE analysis, while participating in collection activities that align with strategic and tactical intelligence priorities. Be ready to respond to military contingency operations, providing critical insights when they matter most. Offer collection support on a range of topics including WMD threats, the nexus of CBRNE and counterterrorism, missile systems, advanced weapons, and related military activities. What We're Looking For: A master's degree with a minimum of 12 years in a relevant field, with some experience within the last 2 years OR a bachelor's degree plus an additional 5 years of senior experience, totaling 17 years as a substitute for a Master's degree. Demonstrated expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, with a knack for developing innovative research approaches to tackle high-level tasks. In-depth understanding of analytic operations and knowledge management, with the ability to articulate key findings clearly across organizational boundaries. A self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight and consistently reviews analytic products for clarity and rigor. Strong familiarity with chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or missile programs. Defense-certified analysts, particularly those with military service certifications, will stand out!
