The Opportunity: As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don't. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients' most complex problems-and find solutions that keep our nation safe. As the CWMD Liaison, you'll bring your CBRN defense, nuclear, and CWMD expertise to work alongside thought leaders in defense consulting on projects for the Combatant Command. You'll use your expertise to ensure the integration of CWMD and CBRN equities in support of service, theater, and national objectives for CWMD and the CCMD's military and civilian staff, partner organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure the incorporation of CWMD and CBRN considerations into the command's plans, exercises, and operations. You'll work to collaborate with CWMD and European Theater staff to integrate CWMD and CBRN defense capabilities into strategic and operational plans, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and priorities. You will provide subject matter expertise on CBRN defense-related matters during planning and coordination meetings, exercises, and briefings, analyze and assess potential CBRN threats and hazards that could impact the CCMD's area of responsibility, analyze strategies to mitigate CBRN risks and enhance service and theater capability to respond effectively, provide analytical support for the development of CWMD and CBRN defense-related exercise scenarios and training programs to enhance operational readiness, liaise with partner organizations, host nation agencies, and international partners to enhance interoperability and information sharing in the CBRN domain, stay abreast of emerging CBRN defense technologies, trends, and best practices, provide recommendations for their integration into the CCMD's OAIs, provide analytical support for the development of CBRN defense-related policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance, and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to CWMD and CBRN integration efforts. You served your country as an CBRN defense practitioner, so further your career while creating mission-forward solutions that matter. This position requires travel of up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally, to attend meetings, conferences, exercises, and other relevant events to support the mission. Join us. You Have: 10+ years of experience at the operational level of CWMD and CBRN operations and planning Experience with CBRN concepts, operational planning, doctrine and policy, and CWMD and CCMD level processes and procedures Experience with software tools and platforms for planning, communication, and analysis Experience with working in military or interagency planning environments, including Combatant Command, Service Component, or Joint Staff level Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build consensus Ability to pay strict attention to detail and work independently and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Completed JPME I Course Nice If You Have: Experience with Army and Joint warfighting, CWMD, and CBRN doctrine and policy Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Possession of excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Master's degree Completed JPME II Course Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
