IT Business Systems Analyst III This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. The IT Business Systems Analyst III will develop and maintain data systems for tracking and reporting organizational metrics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft applications, federal procurement regulations, and DoD business management systems. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for IT Business Systems Analyst III: Pay commensurate with experience. IT Business Systems Analyst III Responsibilities Include: Develop and maintain data systems to track and report on metrics and organization health. Utilize expert mastery of Microsoft applications. Act as a procurement analyst or contract specialist on Federal government contracts. Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, AFARS, and other DoD procurement regulations and policies. Apply knowledge of DoD business management systems and processes (i.e., POM, GFEBS, MIPRs, CERP). Perform other job-related duties as assigned. IT Business Systems Analyst III Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems At least five (5) years of experience within the past ten (10) years developing and maintaining data systems. At least two (2) years of experience within the past ten (10) years as a procurement analyst or contract specialist on Federal government contracts. Knowledge, training, and experience with FAR, DFARS, AFARS, and other DoD procurement regulations and policies. Familiarity with DoD business management systems and processes (i.e., POM, GFEBS, MIPRs, CERP). Past applicable job experience may include but is not limited to: IT Business Systems Analyst, Procurement Analyst, Contract Specialist, Data Systems Analyst.
