Job description
Job Overview: Graham Technologies is seeking a highly experienced IT Program Manager in the Ft. Belvoir, VA area to oversee and manage the hands-on, day-to-day execution of contract-related operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting all technical, financial, and contractual requirements and act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, program management expertise, and the ability to drive performance and improvement across various projects. Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Accountable for all aspects of contract execution and responsible for the daily operational activities associated with the contract. Program/Project Oversight: Oversee program/project management operations, ensure staffing and tasking responses are aligned with contract requirements, and manage resourcing. Technical and Financial Management: Manage budgets and project timelines and ensure compliance with contract obligations to meet all technical, financial, and contractual objectives. Primary Government Liaison: Serves as the main point-of-contact for the government, authorized to make decisions related to contract execution and daily operations. Operational Leadership: Contribute to strategic planning and reviews, prepare and complete action plans, and implement production to meet operational objectives. Budget and Performance Management: Develop and track budgets, improve processes, and manage performance to ensure project success. PMI Compliance: Perform tasks in accordance with Program Management Institute (PMI) guidelines and best practices. On-Site Management: Be located on-site at Ft. Belvoir, responsible for managing the execution of multiple programs/projects. Basic Requirements: Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance. Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Years of Experience and Degree With master's degree: Minimum eight years of IT project management experience, including six years in a supervisory role leading a team of at least 11 people. With a bachelor's degree: Minimum ten years of IT project management experience, including six years in a supervisory role leading a team of at least 11 people.
