Job description

Graham Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator in the Ft. Belvoir, VA area to join our team. The ideal candidate will support project managers by performing administrative tasks, coordinating resources, and assisting in the development of key project documentation. This role requires a solid understanding of IT project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Support project managers by overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring resource availability for the project team. Assist in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, schedules, and plans. Schedule stakeholder meetings, document meeting outcomes, and generate project reports. Plan and organize project meetings and logistics to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate project resources and maintain project artifacts, ensuring they are properly organized and accessible. Basic Requirements: Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance. Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Years of Experience and Degree With master's degree: 2 years of IT project management experience With bachelor's degree: 3 years of IT project management experience With associate's degree: 4 years of IT project management experience In lieu of a degree: 6 years of IT project management experience. 2 years of working experience with Microsoft Project. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desired Requirements: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
