The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is a professional services and consulting firm committed to our government customers. TRG is seeking a dynamic Project/Site Manager to provide the Defense Logistics Agency Energy Inventory Accountability Division (DLA Energy-FENA) with consulting and technical support services. DLA Energy serves within the Defense Logistics Agency as a distributor of energy generating products to stakeholders throughout the world. DLA Energy's mission is to satisfy requirements for refined petroleum products, natural gas, electricity, coal, and missile fuels. DLA Energy-FENA is responsible for accountability and oversight of petroleum products. DLA Energy-FENA has a need for consulting and technical support to provide timely and accurate review and analysis of petroleum inventory accounts and transaction data details (e.g., sales, credits, shipments, receipts). Support will include working with and developing relationships throughout DLA Energy to resolve discrepancies. This position is currently hybrid, with work being mostly performed at the TRG Headquarters in McLean, VA, or place of residence. However, candidate must be able to support the customer on a weekly basis at the DLA Headquarters in Ft. Belvoir, VA. Core hours are between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Duties and Responsibilities: Build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide array of Government personnel and organizations. Provide management and guidance for all TRG personnel. Serve as the liaison/interface between TRG and customer. Support all meetings and events involving the customer. Ensure high quality support and deliverables are provided to the customer. Assist with budgeting and cost control activities. Verify the timely submission of all deliverables and services. Provide technical support regarding the DoD Petroleum Industry and Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP). Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Data Warehouse, Analysis Services and Reporting Services. Provide subject matter expertise in Systems, Applications and Products (SAP), Enterprise Business System (EBS), Industry Standard Oil (IS-OIL) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). Speak, read, and write the English language fluently.
