ARETUM is looking for a skilled Pre Test Coordinator to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all pre-testing activities, ensuring that testing processes are set up effectively to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions to our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all requirements are met before testing begins, minimizing any disruptions during the testing phase.

Responsibilities

Coordinate pre-testing activities to ensure all requirements are gathered and understood.

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and testers to define and clarify scope and objectives.

Develop and maintain pre-test documentation, including test plans and specifications.

Ensure test environments are properly set up and ready for testing.

Monitor progress of preparation activities and report on their status.

Identify potential risks and mitigate them through proper planning.

Facilitate communication between teams to streamline processes.

Maintain a keen understanding of testing best practices and methodologies.

Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in a testing or QA coordination role.

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Experience with testing tools and frameworks is a plus.

Proficiency in creating and maintaining documentation.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
