Job description

Apogee Solutions, a Woman-Owned Small Business, is seeking a Requirements Analyst to support the United States Army, Futures Integration Directorate (FID), Futures and Concept Center (FCC) at Fort Eustis, VA. Qualified candidates must be a U.S. Citizen with a TOP SECRET clearance and SCI eligibility. The Requirements Analyst will provide Mission Command / Information Operations DOTMLPF-P analysis, capabilities development, and assess functionality, solutions alternatives, cost-benefits, operational benefits, and risk organizational-based assessments. The FCC is responsible for designing the future force through the development of integrated concepts and requirements informed by experimentation to drive Army modernization. The Requirements Analyst will: Coordinate for and participate in analysis and assessment activities to determine future requirements.
Act as the Mission Command / Information Operations technical advisor
Interface with the Army Futures Command, Mission Command Capabilities Development Integration Directorate (CDID), Mission Command Center of Excellence (CoE), Army Capability Managers (Mission Command and Command Post, Network and Services) as well as other TRADOC CoEs, the DOMTLPF Domain Leads, HQDA, FORSCOM, and relevant PEOs and PMs.
Brief analytical results to senior leadership to include Army, other Service, and Joint.
Provide knowledge of current and future and future Mission Command Systems and Integration and Information Operations capabilities to include Level 3 Integration of Concepts, Organizational Assessments for Echelons Above Brigade, Concept of Operations, DOTMLPF-P assessments and experiments.
Serve as the division's technical expert in decision making forums and strategic efforts to include Mission Command Network Implementation Plan, Requirements Governance Team, MC Decision Forums, Mission Command Summits, Network Synchronization Working Group and other working groups as required. Required Experience
US Citizen with an active DOD TOP SECRET clearance
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of military experience with specific background in Mission Command Systems
3+ years of experience with CJCSI 3170 series (JCIDS) processes, methodologies, and products
3+ years of experience with CBAs
5+ years of documenting analytical efforts, constructing briefings, and presenting results
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
