Job description
This position is contingent upon contract award . Somepositions may be asked to deploy on a no-notice basis as identified by the supported unit to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods. Deployment billets will be allocated based on merit as defined by the supported unit selection criteria. Job Summary: Team Members on this effort will be responsible for providing Open Source/PAI analysis as part of an analytical team supporting DoD and National Intelligence Priorities. Efforts will leverage commercial subscriptions, social media, financial transactions, and open-sourced geospatial data to fulfill priority intelligence requirements as defined by the supported unit.
Responsibilities: Conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources.
Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates. Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.
Some analysts may function as language enabled OSINT/PAI analysts and will conduct analysis in a language identified at government discretion.Requirements: Must be a US citizen.
Must have an active Top-Secret/SCI security clearance or equivalent.
Four (4) or more years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
One (1) or more years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development.
Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories.
Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology.
Strong background required in the following analytical areas: Regional analysis, Geo-Political analysis, and HUMINT/SIGINT analysis, Geospatial analysis, bulk data analysis, public records research and analysis, or investigative analysis.
Strong written communication skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Officer suite of applications.
Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O-3/GS13 level of above.
Successful background/credit check and drug screening.Preferred Requirements: Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations.
Eight (8) or more years of experience performing counterintelligence related operations while serving in a Joint Special Operations Task Force, Inter-agency Task Force, National Intelligence Agency, Law Enforcement Agency, Joint CI Activity or Combatant Command.
Three (3) or more years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly 3supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations is preferred.
Two (2) or more years of experience with digital signature reduction.
