The OE Continuous Improvement & Metrics (CIM) Manager will support the OE Program Manager by overseeing the continuous improvement and metrics & reporting initiatives. The CIM Manager will lead projects - aimed at improving operational efficiency, identifying, and communicating performance, trends, and risks - to ensure contractual requirements are met and to support the customer's strategic goals. As the OE Continuous Improvement & Metrics (CIM) Manager, you can expect to: Support program leadership in managing performance standards through the analysis of performance metrics, processes, and practices to identify existing and emerging trends, risks, as well as opportunities for improvement. Identify continuous improvement opportunities that support the customer, its mission, participants, beneficiaries, and colleagues in a cost effective, operationally efficient manner. Provide technical guidance and support to program leadership and program stakeholders through projects that impact program performance and support the strategic goals of the customer. Achieve operational objectives by leveraging a data-driven approach to share information and recommendations, resolve problems, and support/complete audits and review of contract deliverables. Lead the Continuous Improvement & Metrics staff and be responsible for all activities involving continuous improvement and metrics & reporting; including the monitoring of goals, objectives, policies and procedures and other associated project tasks/deliverables assigned to the OE Continuous Improvement & Metrics Ensure contractual deliverables for the department are met or exceeded. Provide oversight of OE assigned personnel and projects to ensure identification and implementation of continuous improvement efforts and other assigned OE deliverables. Identify and mitigate risks and issues as related to personnel and people. Collaborate with Business Services and Operations leaders to ensure enablers are in place to support operations. Meet Your Recruiter! Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: A Bachelor's Degree and two (2) to four (4) years' experience. Six years' experience in lieu of a degree. Proficient with Microsoft Office products (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.). The ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust Clearance. Additional desired qualifications: 5 years of leadership experience strongly preferred. Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and PMP methodologies, as well as Power BI or other business intelligence tool is a plus Candidates must be located in VA, OH, FL, PA, MD, DE, GA, KY, TN, DC, CA, CO, IA, ME, MA, MN, NC, TX, or WV to be considered.
