Job description

Akima Facilities Operations (AFO) is looking for a RPA Operations and Aircrew Training Professional to work at Langley AFB, VA. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! Responsibilities Manage and execute aircrew training within the MQ-9 enterprise. Manage funding, travel, and student allocations to fulfill requirements within the RPA training community.
Review, coordinate, and prepare RPA instruction and policy (Air Force Instruction (AFI) 11-2 MQ-9V 1-3 and Air Force Tactics, Technics and Procedures (AFTTP) 3-1 Technical Orders) changes and rewrites in coordination with Wing and Staff standardization and evaluation functions
Review, coordinate, and prepare Ready Aircrew Program (RAP) tasking messages and reports.
Review, coordinate, and prepare Realistic Training Review Board (RTRB) briefings, and publish pre- and post-RTRB products semi-annually.
Perform duties as operations representative for Medium Altitude Long Endurance Tactical-Joint Systems Integration Laboratory (MALET-JSIL Aircrew Trainer (MJAT) and Distributed Missions Operation (DMO) integration. Develop DMO Strategy and brief A3M leadership.
Review, coordinate, and prepare mishap review panel brief and semi-annual Air Force Safety Automated System (AFSAS) review for Commander, ACC (COMACC).
Review, coordinate, and prepare waiver packages required for deviation from regulations and AFIs.
Provide support for the development and staffing of Staff packages, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Concept of Employment (CONEMP), Enabling Concepts, Roadmaps, and Contingency Plans; perform Major Weapons System (MWS) Functional Area Manager (FAM) duties.
Manage and coordinate MQ-9 exercises as required. Qualifications Must possess an Active TS/SCI Clearance
Must possess bachelor's degree
Must have a minimum of 2 years of NAF or higher staff experience managing complex operational aviation programs
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing MQ-1 or MQ-9 related operations programs
