As the Systems Administrator, you will: Maintain the organization's computer systems' workflows and ensure the reliable operation of computer systems. Work closely with both on-site and remote users to coordinate site visits and upgrades. Provide on-site and remote resolution support for trouble calls and Tier 2/3 support of Unix/Windows workstations and servers. Manage systems connected to local and wide area networks, including account monitoring, security, operating system installation, and other system administration related functions. Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems, ensuring day-to-day operations and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices. Conduct software installations and upgrades, evaluate and install software/hardware patches, and resolve software-related problems. Maintain and manage multiple linked databases, including security, data safety and integrity, and disaster recovery. Ensure systems are secure according to STIG guidelines using tools such as Retina and HBSS. Verify system availability with existing enterprise tools. What you will bring to us (Must): Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and years of experience. Must have Security+ certification or DoD 8570 Level II equivalent within 90 days of hire. TS/SCI Clearance required and eligibility to obtain CI Poly. Experience with UNIX, Windows, and/or Storage administration. Ability to respond to after-hours calls and provide on-call support. Ability to travel 25-50% to local area sites and other locations with similar architecture/footprint. Desired Skills: Experience in the imagery intelligence domain. Ability to create and modify scripts in multiple disciplines on Windows, Linux, and Solaris. General knowledge of database administration, network administration, and network configuration management skills.
