Job description

Job Description: Operate and support air-gapped regions. • Provide timely Tier 1 support through trouble tickets from submission to resolution or escalation using existing documentation, procedures, and tools. Provide detailed data and communications in tickets. • Provide direct support to employees and respond to in-bound calls, emails, chat's and customer walk-ups. • Monitor performance dashboards on a daily basis. • Install and configure hardware operating systems, applications and/or other IT equipment. • Setup new user accounts and profiles and provide password assistance for new and existing users. • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software related problems. • Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end-users. • Perform software troubleshooting, installation and resolution of issues. • Maintain IT inventory documentation and perform inventory actions, provide updated inventory reports. • Create and update documentation as necessary for local and remote sites. • May work on support projects that require a limited scope or are well documented. • Must interface with other team's to resolve tickets and complete projects. • Communicate professionally with your team and other teams in your division, knowing when to contribute and when to listen. • Work is accurate and thorough and focused on driving customer service excellence.
