Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Ser vices Senior Engagement Lead to join our team. The position is remote with the possibility of occasional client site travel that will differ from engagement to engagement, expected to be 10% or less. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead one or more engagements that deliver data management and analytics solutions to Federal clients across the full project life cycle.
Lead engagement teams of varying sizes.
Assist with recruiting and provide staff performance evaluations.
Build a trusted advisor relationship with the client.
Develop strategy and schedule for engagement deliverables and help with their production.
Create engagement spend plans, forecast labor hours, and adjust spend plans as needed.
Approve client invoices and meet engagement revenue and profit metrics.
Maintain a library of all relevant engagement documentation and a risk registry.
Support business development capture efforts and proposals.
Participate in corporate internal change initiatives.
Contribute to thought leadership (e.g., conference presentations, industry publication articles). Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
10+ years' project management experience
8+ years' project management experience for Federal clients
8+ years' experience working for a consulting firm
8+ years' experience delivering solutions that address data management and analytics challenges (e.g., data strategy, data governance, data architecture, data warehouse, data lake, data science)
Experience with change management techniques
Experience with Agile Scrum techniques Preferred Qualifications: Agile certification preferred (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, SAFe Agilist)
Master's degree preferred Security Clearance Requirements: US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a Secret level clearance. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The projected compensation range for this position is $183,300-$315,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
