Job Title: Deputy Program Manager Location: NCR Everfox is seeking a Deputy Program Manager with experience in the cyber security/software development field to join our workforce. As a Deputy Program Manager, you will be held responsible supporting the program manager for a large multi-site program with locations across the United States and OCONUS. Position will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager in planning, organizing and monitoring of that program that includes Everfox products and services and will serve as an integral member of the Professional Services team to help ensure customer satisfaction and mission success that exceeds expectations within a reasonable budget. Deputy Program Manager may serve as Program Manager for ancillary contracts/programs awarded in conjunction with larger program. Responsibilities : Assist Program Manager with management of Professional Services Programs with customers within the Department of Defense. Includes managing/monitoring technical performance, schedule, cost, security actions, hardware management, and reporting monthly to internal and external stakeholders. Prefer candidate with technical background and familiarity with Everfox products such as InnerView, HSG and FBA. Candidate must possess a Top-Secret Clearance with Special Compartmented Information access (TS/SCI). Essential Job Duties: Assist in management of Federal Programs according to government direction to achieve mission goals within cost and schedule constraints.
Interact with multiple stakeholders across both Everfox and Customer organizations to achieve program success.
Assist the government customers in identifying and providing methods for mitigating risks, completing tasks, and resolving issues.
Coordinates the activities of employees, vendors and subcontractors working on the program.
Apply Cybersecurity knowledge to ensure customer and mission success within the cost and schedule parameters of the program.
Review purchase orders and proposals prior to submittal to government customers.
Manage contracts to vendors / subcontractors as required.
Communicate current project status to customers and internal management including constraints or assumptions impacting future progress of the program.
Implement best practices to improve project efficiency and revenue.
Review project documents and ensure they are following quality standards.
Act as POC for clients and vendors when Program Manager is unavailable.
Perform various administrative functions as necessary. Required Qualifications: Requires an Active and Current TS/SCI.
Must reside in the National Capitol Region.
The ability and willingness to travel up to 25% outside of NCR for the purpose of: customer meetings; on-site implementations; and program coordination.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field with a minimum 4 years of experience as a Deputy Program Manager, Task Order Manager, or Cost Account Manager in the Software development/Technology industry.
Minimum 5 - 7 years of related experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft and PC based programs.
Strong time management skills.
Strong writing, negotiation and presentation skills
Group motivation and discipline, conflict mediation and diplomacy. Ability to influence change without having direct authority.
Collaborative, customer focused and able to create visible value. Desired Skills include: Experience with SalesForce
Proficiency with MS Project.
Active PMP Certification A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$129 530.72 USD The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs.
