Responsibilities:

Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Answer shop phones, make reservations, answer questions regarding our services, quote wait times, and take necessary messages for staff
  • Communicate service pricing, providing quotes, and upselling retailing and services as needed
  • Participate in company initiatives and ongoing promotions
  • Provide a high level of support and customer service for clients & team members
  • Follow all cash handling procedures when counting cash for opening and closing shifts and creating deposits for the banking process
  • Maintain the organization of the front desk at all times
  • Perform cleaning duties throughout shift to ensure company brand standards
  • Ensure shop equipment and supplies are stocked and organized
  • Assist with retail presentation and stocking
Qualifications:

Customer Service Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role within Retail, Hospitality, or the Beauty Industry is required
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong desire to help others and team-focus
  • Excellent phone and in-person communication skills with both clients and coworkers
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow up effectively
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights and weekends
  • Critical thinker who can maintain confidentiality, be concise, and very detail-oriented
