Description:
F5 is seeking a proactive and experienced Communications Analyst to lead outreach and provide front office type support to an intelligence community customer.
Responsibilities:
Develop Customer Engagement Strategy, to include best methods and mechanisms for both internal and external outreach efforts.
Develop and integrate brand architecture across communication mediums.
Conduct annual communication audits including engagement surveys and focus group metrics.
Attend working groups, draft meeting minutes and collaborate with Customer Engagement Lead to address component communication requirements consistent with overall business strategy.
Gather and analyze data from customers and stakeholders impacted by marketing/advertising efforts to understand customer needs.
Deliver executive-level organizational performance support to the front office.
Ensure accountability by documenting meetings, identifying actions, and facilitating timely resolutions.
Integrate and visualize data from diverse sources to generate new insights.
Develop executive-level reports, briefings, and dashboards.
Integrate communication products to support organizational priorities including:
Portfolio management support
Process design, improvement, and implementation
Governance design, documentation, and implementation.
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years of experience with a BS/BA, 6 years with an MS/MA
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
Experience with graphic design, visual aids, and other visually effective messaging.
Experience with technical writing and crafting communication strategies.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign and other graphic design software.
Skill in drafting written communications for an executive-level audience.
Exceptional initiative and capability to operate with minimal oversight.
An active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required on start
