Description

My client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with substantial experience in the construction industry, specifically in Healthcare projects.

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including time lines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate and communicate project activities with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with construction standards, regulations, and best practices.

Profile

  • Extensive experience in occupied space and healthcare interior renovations within the past 3 years.
