We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team, providing crucial support to the Network Operations Security Center (NOSC). You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the program's knowledge management system, ensuring the efficient and secure organization, storage, retrieval, and disposal of documents. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective knowledge management (KM) strategies, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist with tracking SOP and deliverable schedule, review, and submission. Prepare and collaborate with team leads and members for assessments requiring artifact review (i.e., CSP Assessments). Develop and implement knowledge management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient and secure organization, storage, retrieval, and disposal of documents. Oversee the Program knowledge management system, ensuring its proper functioning, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify KM needs and requirements and provide guidance and support in implementing appropriate solutions. Train and educate employees on KM best practices, procedures, and tools. Establish and maintain document classification and indexing systems to facilitate easy access and retrieval of documents. Monitor and enforce document retention schedules and policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits of the KM system to identify and address any issues or gaps. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in KM technologies and tools, and make recommendations for system enhancements or upgrades. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users of the KM system. Oversees and provides direction to Knowledge Management specialists and tech writers. Basic Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business, data analytics/science, data management, computer science, data information warehousing/mining or related field of study. A minimum of (8) eight years of experience in project management, data analytics, and financial modeling. Proficient working in a Microsoft Windows environment and using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: A master's degree SharePoint Administrator experience CSP Assessment experience Clearance Requirements: Must be U.S. citizen Must hold a Secret clearance Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS EOD suitability Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy, machine, and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
