Description: Markon's partner company is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Systems Engineer to join our technology-based program supporting a key Government customer. Responsibilities may include: ServiceNow systems and integrations with other software/hardware systems. Designing and developing solutions that leverage ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITBM, and Knowledge. Evaluating the existing systems and propose recommendations (including software development, integration and test). Communicating effectively with technical and managerial staff to answer questions relating to the developed requirements. Performing System Engineering as needed to maximize efficiencies. Job Requirements Requirements: Bacheor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline. System Engineering experience with demonstrated ServiceNow implementation/integration experience. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM toolset and integrations. Design and develop product and service catalog solutions that take full advantage of the ServiceNow modules. Utilize the ServiceNow out-of-the-box automation and integration capabilities to develop division solutions. Desired Skills: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
