Job description

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for FSA Federal recruiting team. This includes developing and executing sourcing strategies, building relationships with the recruiting team, and conducting candidate outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the government recruiting and be able to identify and attract the best and brightest talent. Key Responsibilities Drive and lead the top-of-funnel recruiting strategy and research for hiring active and passive talent at FSA Federal.
Partner closely with recruiting leadership to anticipate upcoming headcount and proactively understand how new hires will fit into the organization.
Strategically plan and execute innovative sourcing strategies and impactful sourcing campaigns to identify, engage, and cultivate a strong pipeline of top talent to FSA Federal.
Provide continual sourcing for urgent requirements assigned to all team members.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry events, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Screen and assess active and passive talent to ensure alignment with FSA Federal's hiring needs and identify suitable candidates.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging talent pools to provide insights and recommendations for effective sourcing strategies.
Identify potential challenges such as location, compensation, and qualifications.
Proactively reach out to potential candidates, creating compelling messages to spark their interest in opportunities at FSA Federal.
Recruiting support for short suspense potential new business opportunities. Requirements Skills and Experience Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
A minimum of 4+ years of government sourcing.
Ability to build strong relationships; your candidates, clients, and peers trust you.
Demonstrated experience leveraging creative sourcing techniques and a personalized approach to courting passive, strategically aligned talent.
Advanced familiarity with Boolean search operators and x-ray searches.
Strong presences on and understanding of LinkedIn.
Experience with different sourcing platforms and recruiting tools including but not limited to; Seekout, ADP, LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, Handshake, etc.
Self-motivated, with a high sense of urgency and a keen eye for details.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to effectively partner with individuals at all levels within an organization.
Experience building and developing pipelines of top talent.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.Desired Knowledge of employment laws and regulations or an understanding of government contracting.
