Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing software updates and upgrades, conducting system maintenance, and assisting with network configurations. As a customer-focused technician, you will also communicate with clients professionally, understanding their needs and delivering effective IT solutions.

To excel in this role, you should have a solid background in IT service desk support or a similar field. Familiarity with MSP operations is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who displays a genuine passion for technology and a desire to learn. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will interact with clients and colleagues on a daily basis. Moreover, you should have a comprehensive understanding of various operating systems, Active Directory administration, user administration in MS Exchange, and TCP/IP networking.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of IT Service Technician for an MSP at ONE2ONE Inc., you should meet the following requirements:

Previous experience in IT service desk support or a similar IT role

Familiarity with MSP operations (preferred)

Passionate about providing exceptional customer service

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong knowledge of different operating systems

Proficiency in Active Directory administration

Experience in user administration in MS Exchange

Comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP networking
