Job description

Job Description Strategic ACI is seeking a Senior Enterprise IT Program Management Analyst to work supporting the Department of Defense (DOD), Headquarters United States Air Force. The position will provide direct enterprise cloud program management and engineering support to the Air Force acquisition community throughout the system development lifecycle (SDLC). Responsibilities: Provide systems engineering and program management support for a modern cloud computing environment.
Guide legacy systems migration to a modern platform and assisting with the adoption.
Develop and maintain organizational level enterprise IT as a service strategy.
Act as a translator for critical system program managers and cloud engineering performers.
Design enterprise and systems security throughout the development life cycle; translate technology and environmental conditions into security designs and processes.
Design and develop security requirements that mitigates risk while maintaining operational capability.
Develop quantitative success criteria for technical readiness.
Interface with Government program managers and other Government stakeholders to explain IT goals and mitigations relative to their priorities of cost and schedule.
Qualifications: Required: Active TS/SCI Clearance. SAP experience. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
20+ years of Technical and Team Leadership experience within the DoD &/or IC.
DoD Special Access Programs: Must have experience with the Special Access Program (SAP) Community.
Recent and relevant experience guiding executing large-scale technology development programs for the IC and/or DoD.
