The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision. The work you'll do: The strategy consultant will support the agencies with a service model delivery redesign. Tasks will include facilitation, organizational design, strategic planning, and process mapping. QualificationsRequired: Bachelor's degree required 4+ years experience of government, intel community or mission based work 1+ years experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and business transformation 1+ years experience working with analyzing data Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active TS/SCI with poly security clearance required for this role Ability to be on site 100% of the time in McLean, VA Preferred: Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to diverse audiences, including executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Strong time management skills, with the ability to support multiple deliverables, workshops, and interviews, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving client needs and market trends.
