The Opportunity:

data architect, you know how to apply your creative-thinking and analytical mindset to help
organizations manage their data assets. We're looking for a data architecture lead like you to solve
complex challenges and deliver leading-edge solutions for criminal justice.
As a Databricks SME on our criminal justice team, you'll use your extensive technical expertise to lead
the design of data architecture solutions for virtualization, big data analytics, and cloud computing.
You'll resolve routine data architecture-related issues in collaboration with business analysts and
technology teams by analyzing data architecture-related needs.
In this role, you'll share your technical expertise, introduce best practices, and use tools like Closure,
Scala, Python, and R to develop plans and leading major consulting assignments that include data
analytics with machine learning and artificial intelligence. You'll lead your team as it designs, defines,
develops, and tests cloud solution components, and you'll serve as a liaison between clients and
developers to ensure that requirements are met and solutions are delivered.

You Have:
10+ years of experience with a data analytics discipline
Experience with Databricks platform, security features, Unity Catalog, and data access control
mechanisms
Experience with data classification and masking techniques
Experience working with business and IT groups to coordinate current and future plans and
activities, including coordination and technical assistance to facilitate specific data analytics
Experience applying data analytics expertise across multiple fields, key task components, and high
impact assignments
Experience developing plans and leading major consulting assignments including data analytics,
machine learning, and artificial intelligence
Knowledge of data security principles and best practices
Public Trust
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Master's degree in Mathematics or Statistics preferred
