Leads efforts to capture new business through technical work and capability briefings.
Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 12 - 15 yrs of experience or a Master's with 10 - 13 yrs of experience.
Synthesizes customer contractual needs, requirements, and technical, schedule and cost constraints into solutions for integrating, testing, evaluating, and transitioning systems into operations to deliver enterprise capabilities.
Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and resources required for integrating, testing, evaluating and transitioning systems.
Establishes standards, practices, and procedures for integrating, testing, evaluating and transitioning systems and enterprise capabilities, and coordinates with stakeholders.
Evaluates enterprise capabilities, architectures, system design concepts, requirements, risks and opportunities, and processes for integration, test, evaluation and transition impacts.
Designs, develops, and implements test and evaluation strategies, plans and methods to assure reliability of systems in conjunction with system specifications and defined enterprise capabilities, and integrates system and enterprise elements together so they work as a whole.
Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability.
Ensures systems and enterprise capabilities comply with requirements and standards through formal verification methods.
Generates system requirement and enterprise capability verification approaches and customer acceptance criteria.
Participates in reviews of systems and elements under development to ensure traceability of requirements compliance through verification and validation.
Develops and directs preparation for and execution of comprehensive test & evaluation plans, procedures and schedules which verify and validate enterprise capabilities, system requirements, performance and operability.
Coordinates system integration, test, evaluation and transition activities with other organizations.
Conducts readiness for system integration, test, evaluation and transition activities.
Compiles data and defines changes required in testing configurations, testing procedures, testing processes, or new testing requirements.
Implements testing processes and ensures all test activities follow those processes.
Produces reports on each test activity and tracks test metrics.
Performs analysis and evaluations of systems under test. Assesses performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.
Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive system evaluation reports and risk assessments.
Evaluates discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes affecting systems and enterprise capabilities.
Provides direct, interfacing support to the customer for system integration, test, evaluation and transition activities.
Monitors for continual process improvement and lessons learned, and reports to management periodically.
Specific role and responsibilities of the Enterprise Integration Lead is to establish integration testing processes and methodologies by working across all contracted efforts to identify integration risks whether technical, schedule or performance based. The Enterprise Integration will lead the V&V effort with Development, O&M and SETA staff to verify and validate integration testing. This will include analyzing results of integration testing performed by the PSIs, and from testing results make recommendations to the Sponsor.
The Enterprise Integration Lead works with a diverse group of individuals to include Sponsor Program Managers, multiple contractors, and capability/mission leads. Qualifications Must Possess and Maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, fast paced environment with a willingness to assist and support teams with evolving requirements and objectives
Strong analytical abilities and skills in organizing, planning, communicating, and executing project management tasks
Ability to analyze and prioritize tasks, solve problems, work several tasks concurrently, and efficiently manage a high volume of emails rapidly and effectively
Ability to develop fluency with online tracking tools
Proven ability to work independently while also coordinating, collaborating, and liaising with appropriate stakeholders
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with officers at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated good judgment, initiative and critical thinking ability to take action to execute mission by leveraging networks and drawing on multiple areas of expertise
Ability to support multiple programs and projects simultaneously
Demonstrated experience with technical project management and leading implementation of new technologies into enterprise systems
Extensive experience preparing briefings and documentation for all levels of audiences
Ability to translate technical information and communicate it to a non-technical audience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Self-starter with strong initiative and follow through
Expert level skills with Microsoft Office products
Required 16 years of experience specific to technical and programmatic integration or a related field
BS 12-15, MS 10-13, PhD 8-10
