MITRE has immediate openings for Budget Analysts and Financial Analysts to work onsite in McLean, VA . This is an exciting opportunity to support to the Office of Economic Security and emerging Technology (OESET). The ideal candidate will have experience with the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB), the National Intelligence Programs (NIP), or Military Intelligence Programs (MIP). A minimum of an Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Security Clearance is required. Responsibilities: • Deliver analysis results and recommendations within these products: Congressional Budget Justification documents and supporting analyses, Acquisition planning, Budget execution and trend reporting/analyses, Contract analyses, Contract documentation, Contract competition, Contractor Resource analyses, Policy analyses, and Programmatic budget support and analyses.
• Provide analysis and assessment of technical and programmatic baselines to ensure closure with directorate needs/requirements implementation.
• Performance of programmatic risk assessments and the development of mitigation recommendations.
• Provide clear, concise, and unbiased recommendations in support of the Office of Economic Security and emerging Technology (OESET) Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Applied Mathematics/Statistics, or related field
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly.
• Proven experience with the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB), the National Intelligence Programs (NIP), or Military Intelligence Programs (MIP)
• 2+ years of experience with government budget systems and processes
• Proficiency in Excel and Tableau
