Job description

Program Manager General Summary: Our client, a global leader in providing support for essential missions of the U.S. government and its international partners, is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a major Facilities Maintenance/O&M program for their satellite locations in Langley. This role entails managing extensive operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction in a challenging environment. Responsibilities: Manage personnel and resources effectively, responding to mission requirements and addressing problem areas. Review and enhance business systems, resources, procedures, and methods to improve operational effectiveness. Monitor cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs. Oversee and inspect maintenance, repair, and service operations for quality control and contract compliance. Coordinate work priorities and monitor methods, procedures, and programs. Serve as the primary point of contact for formal discussions with customers and the government, aiming to sustain and improve customer satisfaction. Ensure the accuracy of management and contract reports before submission. Provide effective leadership and communicate with senior government officials and staff. Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in O&M support services or facilities management, with at least 5 years in management-level positions of similar responsibility. Demonstrated experience managing large facilities or operations, including maintenance and repair. Experience with the IC or D and proficiency in managing complex, global operations. Frequent overseas travel to high-threat areas and domestic travel for training and program coordination. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. A degree in another field requires 10 years of relevant management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent capability in cost control, budgeting, planning, procurement, and change management. Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance. Desired Qualifications: Experience managing global life support services, procurement, logistics, and construction in third-world countries.
