FJM Innovative Technologies, LLC, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Tysons, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring and managing personnel activities, implementing program controls, and supporting strategic planning. This role involves coordination of program activities and delivering technical solutions, with the opportunity to work on complex projects involving large-scale data processing and cloud infrastructure. REQUIRED
Must have ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph. We must strictly adhere to this requirement. LOCATION

October 10, 2024 Responsibilities: • Monitor and report on personnel activities, including performance tracking, milestone achievements, identification of gaps, and management of deliverables.
•Develop and implement program controls to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
•Create and maintain strategic plans, document existing or future capabilities, and document high-level dependencies across the project lifecycle.
•Plan and coordinate activities such as hardware/software installation, IT network modifications, and system design development.
•Deploy web applications to cloud environments, incorporating DevOps practices and security configuration management.
•Manage cloud infrastructure services, including EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, and VPC.
•Support compliance with data policies, ensuring documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements. Desired Skills: •Experience using Enterprise Control Language (ECL) and the LexisNexis High Performance Cluster Computing (HPCC) platform.
•Proficiency in All-Source data analysis to support analytic requirements.
•Experience developing custom algorithms for data analysis on massive data stores.
•Previous experience supporting technical analysis using large-scale data processing systems.
•Ability to write cables and official communications in support of project activities.
•Experience deploying and maintaining cloud services and infrastructure, including security management and compliance.
•Familiarity with planning program activities related to cloud services, system design, and hardware/software upgrades.
Educational Requirements: •Undergraduate degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
•Graduate degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or another scientific or technical discipline is preferred.
•Degree or equivalent experience in fields related to CS, MIS, Economics, Physics, Genetics, or Engineering, with a particular focus on Supercomputing-related disciplines. Why Join FJM?
